TERMS OF SALE
By these Terms of Sale, B design, owner Božidar Miklobušec (hereinafter: the seller), defines the terms, rights, and obligations of the seller and the buyer when purchasing goods via the SERVIS-HR and B DESIGN portals.
A buyer is any legal or natural person who orders at least one product, completes the electronic order form, and sends it to the seller.
ORDERING AND DELIVERY
Goods are considered ordered when the buyer confirms the quote/proforma invoice. The order is final after payment is made.
Delivery time: Regular delivery time is 1-3 working days for Croatia if the goods are in stock. For international orders or backordered items, the buyer will be notified promptly.
RIGHT TO CANCEL (14 DAYS)
According to consumer protection laws, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Notification must be sent to info@b-design.hr.
Return costs: The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne entirely by the buyer.
Note: If the product has been installed or used (visible traces of mounting), the refund amount will be reduced accordingly.
WARRANTY AND SERVICE
IMPORTANT WARNING: Due to the specific nature of the products (electronics, burner parts), if parts are not installed by a professional or authorized service, the manufacturer and seller reserve the right to reject warranty claims.
