It is mandatory to specify the MODEL (boiler, stove, boiler or burner) SANGU and the YEAR of manufacture or installation. In the form, write WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO ORDER. If applicable, attach a picture, especially for a specific part. We will prepare an offer with options based on this information.

If you accept the offer, please CONFIRM THE ORDER so we can create a document for preparing and shipping to your address.

Order confirmation

Based on your payment method (bank transfer or cash on delivery) and your confirmation, we will create the shipping order.
All shipments are sent exclusively via GLS. GLS will notify you via email about collection from the central warehouse and send a SMS with the delivery time on the day of pickup.

Filling out the spare parts order form initially creates an offer with all conditions and prices. You are not placing an order yet, only requesting a quote. Only after receiving the offer and if it suits you, you can confirm the order.
